No. Purchased tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, not even in the case of illness or a change of plans.
I didn't receive my ticket by e-mail. What should I do?

Can I forward my ticket to someone else?
Yes, unless stated otherwise, the ticket is not tied to a specific name.
Can I resell my ticket?
The resale of tickets for profit is not permitted. The Organiser reserves the right to invalidate such tickets.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, it is enough to present the ticket in electronic form (e.g. on a mobile phone), unless stated otherwise.

What if the date or venue changes?
The ticket remains valid for the new date, unless stated otherwise.
What if the event is cancelled?
If the event is cancelled, you will be refunded the ticket price.

How long does the event last?
The duration of the event is stated in the details of each specific event.
