Terms & conditions

Effective from 1 April 2026

1. Introductory provisions

These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between Blueberry Entertainment Ltd., with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom WC2H 9JQ, Company number: 16609259, VAT: 28499 08387, e-mail: info@blueberry.show (the “Organiser”), and the customer when purchasing tickets via the website www.blueberry.show (the “Website”).

By purchasing a ticket, the customer confirms that they have read these terms and conditions and agree to them without reservation. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.

2. Subject of the contract

Through the Website, the Organiser enables the purchase of tickets for cultural, social and other events held at a specific date and place.

The purchase contract between the Organiser and the customer is concluded at the moment the payment is received. By purchasing a ticket, the customer acquires the right to attend a specific event, and no other rights.

3. Order and conclusion of the contract

Orders are placed via the web interface. The customer is obliged to check all details before submitting the order.

By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding proposal to conclude the contract. The contract is concluded at the moment the order is successfully paid.

The Organiser is not liable for errors caused by incorrect entry of details by the customer.

4. Price and payment terms

Ticket prices are stated including VAT and all fees, unless otherwise stated.

Payment is made online via a payment gateway. A ticket is valid only after the price has been paid in full.

5. Delivery of tickets

Tickets are delivered electronically to the customer's e-mail after the payment is received. The customer is obliged to check the accuracy of the details without delay.

The Organiser is not liable for non-delivery caused by:

  • an incorrect e-mail address
  • a spam filter
  • a technical problem on the customer's side

6. Withdrawal from the contract and refund of tickets

By purchasing a ticket, the customer acknowledges that this is a leisure-time service provided on a specific date.

In accordance with Section 1837(j) of the Civil Code, the customer has no right to withdraw from the contract.

Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be reimbursed.

This applies without exception, in particular in cases of:

  • illness
  • personal reasons
  • change of plans
  • delay
  • inability to attend

By purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees that they are not entitled to any financial compensation for the reasons stated above.

7. Changes and cancellation of an event

These changes are not grounds for a refund of the admission price.

If an event is cancelled, the customer is entitled solely to a refund of the ticket price.

The Organiser is not liable for the customer's other costs (e.g. transport, accommodation, meals, etc.).

The Organiser reserves the right to change:

  • the programme
  • the performers
  • the date
  • the venue

8. Transfer and resale of tickets

Tickets are intended for personal use. The resale of tickets for profit or as part of a business activity is not permitted.

The Organiser reserves the right to:

  • invalidate a ticket obtained in breach of these terms
  • refuse entry to the event

9. Ticket inspection

Each ticket contains a unique code. Entry to the event is permitted only on the basis of the first valid ticket check.

In the event of duplicate use, entry will be permitted only to the first person.

10. Liability

The Organiser is not liable for:

  • loss, theft or misuse of a ticket
  • damage caused by failure to follow the Organiser's instructions
  • any indirect damage

11. Complaints

Complaints may be submitted exclusively by e-mail to: info@blueberry.show

Complaints apply only to:

  • technical errors during purchase
  • non-delivery of a ticket

Complaints do not apply to the reasons stated in Article 6.

12. Protection of personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by a separate document, the “Privacy Policy”.

13. Final provisions

These terms and conditions are valid and effective from 1 April 2026.

The Organiser reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Legal relations are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
